Jeans- Levi's, chemise&knit- Ooh LaLa, chaussures- Toms, et écharpe- London '04.

Alright. First things first. THIS HOUSE. Legit fell out of Harry Potter and obviously I would never want to live anywhere else. Walking up the Lauren Conrad sized hill is completely worth it when you get to come home to this awesomeness. (Yes, I just said awesomeness, get over it) AND THE GATE? I mean come on. Hogwarts. I have never had a gate in my life and here I am with a gate clicker. It couldn’t get it any classier.
Moving on. Actually, I’m not over the magical majestic house I get to live in for the next four months. Did I tell you it’s AWESOME? My new room is a cupboard under the stairs on the 3rd floor. Aka, my calves are already the size of Serena Williams.
Anyways, the fashion turban had to come with me to France, who would I be without it? Normal. Lyon met the fashion turban and Lyon was like, “Alright, I can dig it.” The french women on the other hand. . . .  didn’t look at me, because they were too busy avoiding eye contact at all costs. I don’t know if I told you that in France it’s totally okay for a guy to stare and stare and stare, but for women if you lock eyes accidentally, you’re asking for something you probably don’t want. I love patriarchy. So naturally, sunglasses are the only way to get by. Back to the turban- Do I have Voldemort on the back of my head? Am I Professor Trelawney? Are my french brothers wizards? Yes, yes, and IDK-I don’t speak french, but I live in a Harry Potter ass house and you’re probably jealous.

La version française bientôt!

Okay, okay, okay- I made it. Here I am again! Sorry it has been so long, but I was traveling. . . and jet lagging. The new goal is one post per day. Get at me. I am now settled in lyon, which is absolutely spectacular. I have a new home, intact with a lovely family, a new school, and wonderful new friends. Since coming to france I have learned a few things:
  1. The whole kiss on the cheeks thing is NOT a french myth. It is real and happens on a daily basis. Be jealous.
  2. I don’t know french.
  3. French is really hard.
  4. I hate the french language.
  5. San francisco has a rival. It’s name is Lyon and bitch has got HILLS. More than Lauren Conrad.
  6. Asking people to take pictures of yourself for your silly “fashion blog” is awkward and embarrassing. Especially when they almost get hit by the metro while doing it.
  7. The french got style; asking to photograph that style is more awkward than #7. Refer to #4.
  8. American Hipsters and European boys are the exact same thing.

More tomorrow- including my new home.

D’accord, d’accord, d’accord- je l'ai fait. Voila, encore. Je suis desole, je n’avais pas ecrirer longtemps, mais je voyagais. . . et “jet lagging”. Ma promesse de nouvelles est un poste chaque jour. “Get at me.”

me: dress- my mom, tank- Kylie's mom, belt- my mom, and heels- Kylie
the new Cody- his pants and everything else- Kylie's brother, Cameron! (thanks CammyB)

There are only a few days left before I leave for France next week! We thought we would spice up the blog with a styling segment. This is my amazing friend Cody, who we transformed to a "rad hipsta" by stealing all of Kylie's brother's clothes. It's fantastic how style adaptable Codes is, we had so much awkwardness fun taking all the pictures.

The blog is about utilizing clothes and things laying around and making it work with style, not money. Anyone can blog about buying the latest clothes and being the trendiest, but is that true style?

Ahhh hello, hello. You found me! I'm Noelle and. . .  I know. Actually, I don't know much, but here we go! This is my first post. Yes, I am a little crazy and yes, I don't buy my own clothes, but that's the idea. Normal is boring, so I make my fun with clothing.
Love it and I will love you.
